Our goal is to teach you how to find balance and harmony in your life, improve your mental health, and give you the power to take back lost time to pursue the things you love. Working with trained psychologists, we have developed a comprehensive curriculum aimed to help you navigate life in a digitally cluttered world.
About Our Founder
Due to her overuse of social media, travel influencer and founder Hanna Glassman began to notice a significant decline in her mental health. Her struggles with anxiety and depression became heightened due to the pandemic. Being stuck at home, unable to create left her constantly scrolling comparing her life to others online.

What started out as a hobby, quickly turned into something that began negatively impacted her mental and physical health. With constant feelings of exhaustion and inadequacy, Hanna would oftentimes catch herself valuing her self worth off of arbitrary numbers.

In January 2021, she decided to take a look at her screen time and noticed she was spending upwards of 6 hours a day on social media alone. In doing the math, this equated to 91 days of her year, or 3 months….she was floored.
In an effort to improve her mental health and gain back time, Hanna deleted social media for 30 days to see how and if it could help. She focused hard on setting up a daily routine, exercise, mediation, and reading. She began living in the moment and focusing on herself more than ever before!
During her time offline, Hanna became inspired to build a comprehensive curriculum, online courses and club aimed to help others like herself who may at times struggle to find a healthy balance with social media.

She started The Conscious Life Club in an effort to create a safe space for people like her who may want to find a solution to their anxiety and depression surrounding social media & technology.
